Warren is EVA England’s Chair, as well as our EV Network and Community Lead. Warren is an IT Solutions Specialist and has over 20 years’ experience in IT, working in the finance, engineering, and energy sectors. He is a renewables and EV advocate and his home has been featured both online and in print after he eco-transformed it, going from an EPC D to an EPC A rating. He now opens his home to the public to show what can be done in the average UK house. Warren also currently co-runs the Sussex EV groups and is a founding member of EV Groups Nexus—an online network of EV driver clubs

The journey began with horse riding and evolved into a career dedicated to sustainability and innovation. Dr. Selin Calik, CEO of WiSENERGY UK, manages renewable energy initiatives at the University of Oxford, with a focus on research and innovation in sustainable technologies. She is also the founder of Dr Celiné London Botanicals, a sustainable skincare brand that integrates wellness and nature-based solutions into everyday life. Often described as a “ pharmacist of clean energy, a doctor for the planet, and a chef of solar and wind recipes — the Celine Dion of Renewable, ” Dr. Calik serves as the Global Director of Energy & Sustainability at WiSENERGY UK, leading international energy transition projects in the solar and wind sectors across the UK and Middle East. Holding a PhD in Energy Studies and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, her academic foundation extends to energy, environment, and natural resources law. She is also a certified ESG Coach, providing expertise in environmental, social, and governance practices to drive meaningful change.

Ben is a Partner in KPMG’s Transport Practice and leads KPMG’s Future Mobility team, advising clients on sustainable, intelligent, and inclusive mobility. He supports clients across the business model life-cycle, from market analysis and development of strategy and operating models through to policy and regulatory model definition, change portfolio & delivery roadmap development, Business Case development, funding and financing, and procurement of complex digital and zero- emissions capital programmes. Ben advises public and private sector clients spanning transport authorities and operators, supply chain partners, and funders & financiers. He has significant experience working with central and devolved government on zero-emissions policy and transition pathways, and with operators and major metropolitan transportation authorities around the globe on asset commercialisation, partnerships, and new business models.

As Director and Co-Founder of EVEREC, a leading talent acquisition company specialising in the EV charging and renewable energy sectors, Abbey leads the EV Charging division. With extensive experience collaborating with top Charge Point Operators and companies across hardware, software, installation, and services, she is dedicated to attracting and securing top-tier talent that drives innovation within these dynamic industries. Abbey has a proven track record of helping businesses—from start-ups to established firms—scale their operations through strategic, high-impact recruitment.

Steffen is Head of Future Cities and Mobility at AFRY Management Consulting. As a digital expert with a degree in computer science he has worked on strategies and solutions for automotive companies, utilities, charge point operators, investors, and regulators for more than 2 decades. Steffen is an EV advocate and driver since many years. He started working on first projects with the German charge point and car industry fifteen years ago. At AFRY Management Consulting, he is advising clients with an international team on markets, strategic questions, and transactions. Prior to this role, Steffen held a senior executive position at Siemens Mobility and worked as an executive IT architect and business development executive for Smart Cities at IBM
