Why are reports priced per event?
Most teams do 3–6 shows a year, so a flat plan would overcharge them — per-event matches how the cost actually scales. For ongoing needs (like a supplier's event calendar) we do offer a monthly feed.
What if my ICP changes?
One free refinement per delivery. After that, $200 per re-run.
Refund policy?
If the matches don't meet expectations after one refinement, full refund within 14 days.
Running multiple events this year?
