Ovie is a Sustainability Specialist at SP Energy Networks (SPEN), focused on embedding low carbon decision making across SPEN’s electricity network infrastructure. Ovie’s work spans the built environment, carbon management, sustainability reporting, and business planning. Ovie also supports PAS 2080 alignment and Scope 3 improvement, collaborating closely with asset managers, designers, and the supply chain to deliver practical decarbonisation across electricity networks.

David is a science communicator and educator specialising in renewable energy and STEM engagement. As Head of Learning & Engagement at Bright Green Hydrogen, he designs and delivers interactive workshops that bring complex topics, such as hydrogen, fuel cells, and wider energy systems, to life for diverse audiences. With an MSc in Science Communication and Public Engagement from the University of Edinburgh, David combines strong pedagogical insight with practical experience, focusing on inquiry-based learning and effective storytelling. His work also supports educators and organisations in developing communication skills, fostering curiosity, and building the metaskills needed for a more sustainable, scientifically literate future.

Ed Porter is Director for Australia and Europe at Modo Energy, the leading battery storage market intelligence platform serving asset owners, operators, financiers, and utilities across GB, Europe, and Australia. He leads Modo Energy's European expansion and heads the Enterprise Strategic Services team, working with clients to translate market data into commercial decisions. Ed is the host of Transmission, Modo Energy's podcast covering the global energy storage industry, and a regular speaker at international energy events.

Louise is a Partner in the Energy & Climate Change Team in London, specialising in the clean energy sector. She advises developers, investors, utilities and energy users on power projects, transactions and related regulatory and commercial matters both in the UK and internationally, including on power purchase arrangements, grid connection and subsidy arrangements. Louise has a particular focus on flexible technologies, such as energy storage and electric vehicles, and the transition to Net-Zero.

Lisa is Chief Operating Officer at Fidra Energy, a large‑scale energy storage developer. She has over 25 years’ experience in the energy sector, with a background in thermal generation and senior roles spanning Commercial, Trading, IT, Regulation, Public Affairs, and Asset Management. At Fidra Energy, Lisa is responsible for building and scaling operations as projects reach commercial handover, as well as overseeing route‑to‑market strategy, IT systems, and data analytics.

Aimee Jones is a Principal Consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting, specialising in economic analysis to support energy system transition and net zero decision making. She has led major analysis projects across hydrogen, CCUS and offshore wind in Scotland, supporting public-sector decision making by translating technical insights into clear evidence on potential economic impact. Her experience spans both project level investment cases and national and regional policy analysis, working closely with public bodies such as the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and DESNZ to inform strategic choices on energy infrastructure and decarbonisation.

Stefanie OGorman brings extensive expertise in sustainable economics, working across a range of projects focused on supporting the transition to net zero and sustainable development. Stefanie’s experience lies in translating complex technical analysis into clear, actionable insight, helping clients understand the economic implications of new technologies and policy choices. Across numerous high-profile assignments in hydrogen, CCUS, and broader energy system transformation, Stefanie has worked collaboratively with partners from government, industry, and the public sector to deliver evidence-based recommendations for resilient, future-ready economies. Her approach bridges the worlds of economic modelling and practical project delivery, with a particular interest in the intersection between local impacts and national policy ambitions.

Dr Simon Gill is an independent energy systems strategist and founder of The Energy Landscape Ltd. He works at the intersection of engineering, markets and policy, helping organisations navigate the transition to a low carbon electricity system. Over the past sixteen years he has worked with government, regulators, network companies and industry bodies on grid innovation, market reform and whole-system strategy. Simon is known for translating complex technical issues into clear strategic insight and is a regular speaker on topics including electricity markets, flexibility, networks and system transformation.

Keith Bell holds the Scottish Power Chair in Future Power Systems at the University of Strathclyde. He joined Strathclyde in 2005 after roles as a university researcher and as a system development engineer with National Grid. He is a co-Director of the UK Energy Research Centre. In 2019 he became a member of the UK’s Climate Change Committee. A Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, he has advised the Scottish, UK and Irish governments and Ofgem on electrical energy and power systems issues and is active in CIGRE, the International Council of Large Electric Systems.
