From the world's trade shows
to the answer you need.

We build one structured map of every B2B event — then point it at whatever you're trying to do. Here's how both halves work.

Part one

How we build the data

  1. 1

    Track every B2B event

We continuously index the world's B2B events — identity, dates, venue, organizer, and sector. 34,261 events across 157 countries, kept current.

  2. 2

    Map each exhibitor list

For each event we locate its exhibitor list and classify how to reach it — open HTML, JavaScript-rendered, API, or PDF. 62% are machine-readable.

  3. 3

    Pull & resolve companies

We extract each list and normalize every exhibitor to a canonical domain — so one company is one record, linked to every show it appears at.

  4. 4

    Enrich once, reuse everywhere

Each company is researched once — firmographics, business model, geography, funding and hiring signals — and reused across every event it attends. Known companies cost nothing to add again.

  5. 5

    Structure into one map

Events, venues, organizers, exhibitors, and their contacts — linked into a single queryable dataset. That asset is what every application below runs on.

Part two

How you use it

The same map answers a different question depending on what you're doing. Here's the most-built application in full, and the rest in brief.

Application — a scored target list (sales & ABM)

  1. 1

    Capture your ICP

From your website, a few example customers, or a 90-second form. Our extraction produces structured attributes — industry, size, geography, buyer titles, exclusions. You review and confirm.

  2. 2

    Score every exhibitor

Every exhibitor at your event is scored against your ICP — by firmographic fit and what the company actually does. For tracked events the data is already in hand; new events take ~48h to add. Each score carries a plain-English rationale.

  3. 3

    Map the buying committee

For each top match we identify 3–5 decision-makers with verified emails, plus account context — recent news, hiring signals, a "why now" angle.

  4. 4

    Deliver in 24 hours

A ranked report — CSV + PDF — with one actionable hook per account. One free ICP refinement and re-run included.

FAQ

Is this only for sales teams?

No. A scored target list is the most-built application, but the same dataset serves exhibitors choosing shows, sponsors qualifying events, suppliers selling into events, and organizers and venues benchmarking. Each gets a different view of the same map.

Where does the data come from?

Public exhibitor listings, event-platform sources (Swapcard, MapYourShow, etc.), and partner data feeds. Companies are resolved to a canonical domain and enriched once, then reused across every event they attend.

How do you score matches?

A fast structured pass scores every exhibitor on firmographic fit, then a closer pass verifies what the company actually does. Each score includes a plain-English rationale — never a black box.

How fresh is contact data?

Verified at time of delivery. Bounce risk under 4% typically.

Do you support events outside the tracked list?

Yes, with a ~48h window to add a new event. Most B2B events are supported.

Is my ICP shared with anyone?

No. ICPs are customer-private and never sold or aggregated.
