The Flygerians

The Flygerians is a bold food brand founded by two sisters, Jess and Jo Edun, bringing the Sweet Taste of Nigeria first to London, then to the world. Launched in 2015 in honour of their grandma, who passed in 2011, the brand is rooted in keeping her legacy and mouthwatering recipes alive. What started as a pop-up at the Old Nun’s Head pub quickly grew into a permanent spot at Peckham Palms. Along the way, The Flygerians have collaborated with global brands like Nike, Tabasco, and Dr. Martens, and featured on shows like Sunday Brunch, Master Chef and Steph’s Packed Lunch. Their unique take on Nigerian food has now led to their very own cookbook, packed with 75 vibrant, flavour-filled dishes. On a mission to spread the joy of Nigerian cuisine around the globe, The Flygerians are doing it all with heart, culture–and most importantly–fun.
