He is the Founder and CEO behind several transformative initiatives including the UK Black Business Show, UK Black Business Week, Black Business Forum, Black Tech Achievement Awards (UK & US), and SOAR, the first bank-backed membership platform for Black entrepreneurs. </p> <p dir="ltr">Raphael co-authored "Twice as Hard" with his wife, published by DK (Penguin Random House) in June 2021. He also signed a book deal with Penguin Business for his second book, "Together We Thrive," focusing on the importance of community, released in September 2024. His latest book has been endorsed by several key figures.</p>
