<p dir="ltr">Yanju Lawal is a product management expert with over 16 years&rsquo; experience turning complex challenges into scalable, high‑impact digital products across startups, enterprises, and government. She has a rare ability to operate effectively at every stage of an organisation&rsquo;s journey, from discovery through to delivery, iteration, and scale, within some of the world&rsquo;s most regulated industries, including FinTech, EdTech, HRTech, and GovTech. She supports startups where execution matters through Malvorah, a Growth Intelligence Engine for early‑stage teams navigating the gap between vision and traction through to scaling. She embeds product leadership, drives technical execution, and builds the internal capability founders need to scale with confidence.</p>

<p dir="ltr">With a background in engineering, Olivia has worked across some of the UK&rsquo;s top companies including McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Amazon and Deliveroo. After spotting a gap in the market, she left the corporate world during maternity leave to build Cubbi, the &ldquo;UNiDAYS for mums and dads&rdquo;, alongside her sister. With no coding experience, they built and launched an app now used by tens of thousands of new parents across the UK and persuaded 300+ brands to offer exclusive discounts for families. Olivia recently secured investment after pitching on Dragons' Den while 9 months pregnant, and the company is now raising its seed round to scale the business.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Tevin Tobun is a business leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and thought leader with more than two decades of experience in technology, logistics and innovation. He is the founder of Routd Technology, a logistics productivity platform, and the multi-award-winning GV Group, one of the UK&rsquo;s leading logistics and distribution companies.<br /> <br /> Through business ventures including Platebox, which delivers over 25 million school meals annually, and Repco Global, supporting renewable energy and infrastructure projects worldwide, Tevin&rsquo;s enterprises distribute goods worth more than &pound;400 million each year.<br /> <br /> Passionate about creating opportunities for others, Tevin founded The Tobun Foundation to mentor and support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into higher education and meaningful careers. He serves on the Lloyds Bank Business Advisory Board and the Council of The Open University, and he has been consistently named among the Top 100 Most Influential Black Britons. In 2025, he received the Freedom of the City of London for his contributions to business and philanthropy.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Nicole is a Senior Commodities Buyer at Jaguar Land Rover with experience across procurement, supplier strategy, product development and operations, working with global suppliers across Europe, Asia and North America. Her journey began in fashion design and working with brands such as ASOS before studying International Marketing and later pursuing an MSc in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Alongside her corporate career, she supports DE&amp;I and community initiatives focused on representation and professional development. In addition to her professional activities, she has a passion for baking and the culinary arts.</p>

<p dir="ltr">After 10 years in corporate, Sharon witnessed how individuals, teams, and organisations actually solved problems. She used this insight to become The Ultimate Problem Solver, developing a novel formula on how to solve problems at every level, going on to co-found Emboldened, an assistive technology platform supporting neurodivergent individuals, build a community of over 100,000 problem solvers, and solve governance challenges as a board strategist. Whether in the boardroom or the build phase, Sharon leads with clarity, courage, and conviction, believing governance is a pathway to equity, impact, innovation, and long-term success.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Tara Attfield-Tomes is a PR and visibility strategist, founder, and Power Broker for female enterprise. She founded The 51% Club &mdash; a 2,000+ strong national community getting more women-led businesses to &pound;1 million and beyond &mdash; and EAST VILLAGE., the UK's only Visibility Agency for female founders and leaders. Tara co-chairs The Whole Point, a Treasury-backed initiative to increase capital flow to high-growth women-led businesses outside London, sits on the Innovate UK Women in Innovation Community Forum, and has given evidence to Parliament on female entrepreneurship. She is on a mission to ensure wealth generation for women stays firmly on the agenda.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Tisungane Makato is a Commercial Disputes Associate at Trowers &amp; Hamlins LLP in London. He advises businesses of all sizes, from large transnationals to SMEs, as well as foreign governments, state-owned entities, and high-net-worth individuals on managing complex business disputes risks, and represents them in litigation and arbitration. His work spans sectors including financial services, telecommunications, life sciences, commodities, hospitality, natural resources, and fashion. He is qualified as a solicitor in both England and Wales, and Malawi. He holds law degrees from Harvard Law School and the Universities of Dundee and Malawi.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Natalie is a nationally recognised affordable housing finance lawyer and an acknowledged market leader. She has extensive experience in advising housing providers on all aspects of their funding needs including syndicated and bi-lateral borrowing, capital market issues, ESG, green and sustainability-linked finance, intra group lending, hedging arrangements and security portfolio matters.&nbsp; Natalie also provides strategic advice in relation to large scale restructurings, funding and treasury matters connected with mergers, treasury vehicle structures and group reorganisations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Mark has over 20 years experience in Commercial &amp; Corporate Banking across two financial institutions. He has been leading teams across the West Midlands for the past 10 years, currently heading up a team of 50 people dedicated to supporting SMEs at every stage of their journey from start-ups through to emerging corporates.&nbsp;</p> &nbsp; <p dir="ltr">Culture, collaboration, wellbeing and team engagement are key pillars of his leadership style, and he prides himself on creating time to develop and invest in his people to make them be the best they can be in serving our customers, communities and shareholders.</p>
