Her work spans organizational culture, professional development, and inclusive programming&mdash;translating purpose into measurable business outcomes across global markets.</p> <p>Certified in Leadership Coaching and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from NYU, Jenni is passionate about how People teams can unlock innovation by using AI to automate processes and skill up workforces for the future. She emphasizes the critical role of representation in shaping emerging technologies, ensuring that people of color have influence in how the future of work and tech is built.</p>

She has led groundbreaking social strategies for Barclays&rsquo; sponsorship of the Premier League and Barclays Women&rsquo;s Super League, creating content that drives fan engagement, amplifies key moments, and sparks conversation across digital platforms.</p> <p>In her role as Head of Barclays Football Social Media, Honey has delivered high-impact campaigns that connect authentically with diverse audiences, shaping how the brand shows up in the fast-moving digital space. She is passionate about storytelling that inspires the next generation of fans, particularly at the intersection of football, fashion, and lifestyle.</p> <p>Alongside her marketing career, Honey is also an established sports presenter, known for her engaging analysis and fresh perspective on football, culture, and lifestyle.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Karen is a proven business leader with a track record in creating vibrant cultures, energising teams, and consistently delivering business growth and success. She is the former UK President for WPP, the world&rsquo;s largest marketing services group, and responsible for driving growth in WPP&rsquo;s second largest market of 13,000 people. As former GroupM UK CEO, Karen was selected to turnaround the business over 2.5 years at a critical time, during the COVID global pandemic and the subsequent impact of the killing of George Floyd.</p> <p>In June 2014, Karen received an OBE in the Queen's Birthday honours and topped the Power List, being the first businesswoman to come in at number 1. Karen founded The Black Equity Organisation in 2021, alongside David Lammy MP, David Olusoga OBE, Kwame Kwei-Armah OBE, Ric Lewis and Dame Vivian Hunt. BEO is an independent, national Black civil rights organisation created to dismantle systemic racism in Britain, drive generational change and deliver better lived experiences for Black people across the country. &nbsp;</p>

With a strong track record in sports management and mentorship, she champions the growth of young athletes while advocating for greater representation and opportunities within the industry.&nbsp;</p>

Nnaemeka Obodoewke is the Co-Founder and CTO of Lenkie, the payables financing company powering the next generation of UK SMEs. Since 2020, Lenkie has deployed over £100 million to hundreds of businesses across multiple industries, helping them strengthen cash flow, scale faster, and build more resilient supplier relationships. Nnaemeka leads the technology and product strategy, building the platform that underpins Lenkie’s underwriting, onboarding, and lending operations. His work focuses on creating scalable, data-driven tools that deliver a faster, smarter, and more impactful financing experience, unlocking growth opportunities for small businesses often overlooked by traditional finance.

<p>Tameka Alsop is Chief Administrative Officer at Moody&rsquo;s. In this role, she leads a range of strategic and operational initiatives, including the company&rsquo;s global Technology Services Group, Cyber Security Group, Corporate Risk &amp; Resilience, and oversight of Moody&rsquo;s Global Capability Centers. This work powers the business with world-class solutions and resilience that drives Moody&rsquo;s integrated risk assessment strategy forward.</p> <p>Tameka has been with Moody&rsquo;s for more than 20 years driving positive change and business results, including expansion of customer relationships and technology solutions in accounting, financial planning &amp; analysis, ratings surveillance and financial data products. She previously served as Managing Director, Head of US Financial Institutions Relationship Management at Moody&rsquo;s Ratings and has held various leadership positions across the company, including roles in revenue accounting, business planning, investor relations, public finance, structured finance surveillance, and ratings operations.</p>
