Desde novembro de 2022, Sergio Jacobsen é o CEO da Micropower Energy, empresa dos Grupos Comerc Energia, Siemens e Equinor, que atua no segmento de soluções de armazenamento de energia, cuja missão é trazer soluções capazes de contribuir com a transição energética brasileira para um modelo mais sustentável à economia, ao meio ambiente e à sociedade. Anteriormente, atuou por 22 anos na Siemens. Na organização, Sergio ocupou as funções de Gerente de Vendas, Gerente de Smart Grids e Diretor até se tornar Vice-Presidente da Siemens Smart Insfrastructure. Formado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Mackenzie, e MBA Executivo na ESMT de Berlin, Sergio ingressou na Micropower em um momento de transformação do setor elétrico, que demanda modernização e adaptação às novas soluções digitais para evolução dos negócios com foco em redes elétricas inteligentes que permitam a adição de cada vez mais fontes de energia renovável no Brasil e no mundo.

Camila é Vice-Presidente de Investimentos e Hidrogênio do Conselho de Administração da Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovotalica (ABSOLAR), membro do Conselho da Brazilian Rare Earths, membro do Conselho de Infraestrutura da FIESP (COINFRA), e é é Finance Expert do Clean Energy Finance Solutions Center (NREL no Departamento de Energia dos EUA). Camila tem um Mestrado e Bacharelado da London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) at the Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association (ABSOLAR - Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica), the national association representing companies and professionals from all segments of the solar PV value chain with operations in Brazil. Co-founder and member of the board of directors at the Global Solar Council (GSC), the global entity unifying and representing the solar power sector at the international level. Leading ABSOLAR's team since its inception and foundation, Rodrigo Sauaia serves as the main representative and champion of the solar PV sector in Brazil, directly interfacing with high-level decision makers, government officials, politicians, legislators, regulators, financial institutions, the media, NGOs, companies, and the civil society. He is an active national and international event speaker, media spokesperson, and strategic advisor to ABSOLAR's associate members, dedicating himself to promote the development of the solar PV sector and market in Brazil. His academic background includes a Ph.D. with honours in Engineering and Materials Technology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), with an international collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institut für Solare Energiesysteme (Fraunhofer ISE, Germany), a M.Sc. with honours in Renewable Energy with PV Specialisation from the EUREC Master Program, with an international collaboration with the ETH Zürich (Switzerland), and a B.Sc. with honours in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (Brazil). In 2015, he was elected by Recharge News Thought Leaders Club as one of the most influential professionals in the global scenario of renewable energy and key promoter of solar power in Brazil. Also in 2015, the Legislative Assembly of the State of Minas Gerais bestowed him with the Medal of the Order of Legislative Merit, in recognition of his valued contribution to the promotion and development of photovoltaic solar energy in the State of Minas Gerais and in Brazil. In 2017, the Government of the State of Goiás officially commended him with the Grand Officer Medal of the Order of Anhanguera Merit, in recognition of his valued contribution to the development of photovoltaic solar energy in the State of Goiás. Also in 2017, the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goiás bestowed him with the honorary citizenship of the State of Goiás, in recognition of his valued contribution to the development and establishment of the Solar Program of the State of Goiás, as well as for his outstanding contribution to the State 'Permanent Forum on Subjects Related to the Energy Sector'.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará and both a Master's and a Ph.D. in Energy from the University of São Paulo. He is currently a Professor at the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo (USP), with expertise in electrical engineering and renewable energy, including photovoltaic systems, minigrids, rural electrification, distributed generation, grid integration of intermittent generation, and energy storage. He serves as Associate Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Solar Energy (RBENS) in the field of Economics and Public Policies, collaborates with the Brazilian Technical Standards Association (ABNT), and is a board member of the Brazilian Solar Energy Association (ABENS).

Engenheiro Civil pela PUC-GO, com especialização em Business Administration pela HBS - Harvard Business School (OPM 60), especialista em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, em Geração Hidrelétrica pela PAPUC - Pennsylvania Public Utility Comission, em Geração Eólica pelo Instituto DEWI e em Comercialização de Energia pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Possui mais de 25 anos de experiência no setor elétrico nas áreas de geração, transmissão, comercialização e distribuição. Antes de fundar o Grupo Pacto teve passagem pela ANEEL - Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica. Atualmente além de CEO do Grupo Pacto, é também membro dos conselhos da ABSOLAR - Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica e da ABRADEMP - Associação Brasileira de Distribuidoras de Energia de Menor Porte, Diretor de Energia da FIESP - Federação da Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo e Co-Fundador do Zero Summit.

Daniel Pansarella is Country Manager of TRINA SOLAR Brasil and Chairman Fiscal board of ABSOLAR. He is responsible for the Brazilian unit from Trina in Brasil, Somar module, Trackers and Storages units. He has deep expertise in 13 years on the solar industry and formerly served as Procurement and Logistics Head of ReEnergisa, Enel Green Power and Enel X, where he was responsible for strategic development Brazilian market, and responsible with sub region procurement and operations team, sales team and subsidiary obligations.

Michel Sednaoui é o fundador e CEO da Liberdade Solar, uma empresa de impact que projeta, constrói, financia e opera microrredes inteligentes para a população de baixa renda. Possui profissional com a Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity e através de fundos locais que operam no mercado de capitais brasileiro. Antes da Liberdade Solar, Michel fundou e vendeu com sucesso a Plexo Solar, uma desenvolvedora de geração distribuída que contribuiu mais de 45 MW à matriz de energia limpa do Brasil.

Nelson Falcão has extensive experience in the production chain of equipment for power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Throughout his career, he has held important positions at ABB, Cegelec Alstom, and Cooper Power Systems in Brazil and Canada. Most recently, he was Senior Director of Business Development LATAM at Nextpower Brazil (formerly known as Nextracker), having worked in the company's commercial area since the beginning of its operations in Brazil in 2015, and from 2013 to 2023, he led the energy business development area for the Flex group.Nelson also held the Vice-Presidency of the Production Chain on the board of directors of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association) from 2018 to 2026. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP in 1980 and specialized in Reactive Power Compensation in Sweden in 1983.

Eduardo Azevedo Rodrigues is the Director of Innovation and New Business at Solatio Energia and Vice-President of Utility-Scale Generation at ABSOLAR (2026-2030 term). He is an Electrical Engineer, holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering, and an MBA in Energy Trading. He previously served as National Secretary of Energy Planning and Development at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) and as Executive Secretary of Energy for the State of Pernambuco, where he led Brazil's first solar energy auction. A specialist in energy transition, electrification, and energy storage, Eduardo brings a comprehensive technical, regulatory, and business perspective.

Automotive Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in all stages of the product development cycle - from initial design (package, CAD), prototype construction, and validation to manufacturing, quality control, and project management. He was technical manager in the electric vehicle application area (passenger and commercial) at BYD, focusing on reliability and durability, communication protocols (telematics/CANbus), and performance testing. He is currently After-Sales Manager at ZEEKR for Latin America, working directly in Brazil and other MERCOSUR countries. He holds a degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering from FEI - Faculty of Industrial Engineering (1999-2003) and a postgraduate MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV-IBE (2013-2015). He was a member of COMFROTA (Management Committee for the Program to Monitor the Replacement of Fleets with Cleaner Alternatives), representing CREA-SP in 2022 and 2023.

Rafael Cunha is an Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and writes the 'Electric Vehicles' column for FotoVolt magazine. He has several years' experience in projects for industrial installations, as well as in projects to implement an electrical work safety regulatory standard (NR-10) and is also a member of the study commission currently developing the NBR 17019 standard. Rafael is a co-founder of and the director of operations at movE Eletromobilidade, which provides technological solutions for managing the charging controls of electric vehicles.

Eduardo Sousa is the founder and CEO of Electric Mobility, one of the first companies to sell chargers for electric vehicles. He is a director of ABVE and VP of the Institute for Sustainable Mobility. He has over 10 years of solid experience in the mobility market. An engineer by training, he has previously managed business units in Brazil, Mozambique, and Portugal.
