Johannes Linder is Director System Design & Innovation at Belectric GmbH. Before he joint Belectric in 2013 as an International Project Manager delivering utility scale projects in Europe, Australia and India, he worked for several start-up-companies and developers in the industrie and was certified PV expert by TÜV Rheinland. Johannes regularly presents relevant topics in his field of expertise at highly cited conferences and trade magazines all over Europe.

Samuel Roy is an agronomy engineer specialized in agrivoltaics. He began working in AgriPV in 2019, first in project development, where he helped shape the agronomic approach of projects. He now works at TotalEnergies Renewables, where he manages a team of agronomy experts leading R&D projects and supporting development, construction and operations teams to ensure agricultural needs and challenges are fully integrated into agrivoltaic project design, implementation and long-term performance monitoring.

Stanislas Van Der Vaeren is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sitemark, a company providing an all-in-one software platform to manage renewable energy projects from construction through decades of operation. Sitemark has grown into a global leader, with its platform deployed across more than 12,500 sites and 310+ GWp in over 100 countries.

Eng. Dereje Walelign is the Chief Executive Officer of Lydetco PLC, a pioneer Ethiopian company specializing in solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal solutions. He is a founder and current Chairperson of the Ethiopian Solar Energy Development Association (ESEDA), where he contributes to the growth and promotion of solar energy development in Ethiopia.<br />Eng. Dereje holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Addis Ababa University. Before establishing Lydetco in 1996, he had a distinguished career with Shell Ethiopia, where he worked for over 12 years in various engineering and management roles, including Project Engineer, Equipment Engineer, Operations Assistant, and later Engineering Manager for Shell Ethiopia, Shell Eritrea, and Shell Djibouti.<br />Through Lydetco, he has led the development and deployment of solar PV and solar thermal technologies, including innovative grid-independent solar energy solutions and solar cooker manufacturing, supporting the expansion of renewable energy applications in Ethiopia.

Dries is SolarPower Europe's Deputy CEO and is responsible for the policy work of the association. He joined SolarPower Europe from the European Climate Foundation, where he was director of the energy programme for over a decade. Previously, he worked at Apple Inc., in the EMEA public affairs department. Dries holds a master's degree in contemporary history from the Catholic University of Brussels and Leuven, Belgium, and a post-graduate degree in international relations from the Karl-Rüprecht University in Heidelberg, Germany.

Sishir Garemella is head of international business development atKiwa PVEL, the leading independent lab of the downstream solar market. Sishirleads Kiwa PVEL's international expansion in strategic markets. He has over 15years of experience, primarily in the downstream, both as a financier and as anoperator. Prior to solar, he has worked in investment banking in the UK and theautomotive industry in Canada. He holds a Masters in Accounting and Financefrom the London School of Economics in the UK and a Bachelors in ElectricalEngineering from the University of Windsor in Canada.

With a decade of experience in renewable energy and BESS, Matteo Lionetti currently leads global technical sales activities for NHOA Energy, a BESS EPC and O&amp;M contractor. Since January 2025, Matteo coordinates the Utility-scale BESS working group at ANIE, the Italian association of electrical and electronic enterprises.

Walburga Hemetsberger is the CEO of SolarPower Europe since 2019. She has over 20 years of professional experience in Brussels, working for a utility, trade association, the European Parliament and the European Commission. Walburga spent most of her career in the energy sector, covering in particular renewable energies and hydrogen.
