YC Felin is a strategist in education and technology with a strong track record of building partnerships and turning ideas into scalable initiatives. At the Faculty of Science at the University of Helsinki, she supports the departments of mathematics, computer science, physics, and geosciences in developing collaboration and commercialization opportunities while leading commercialization efforts at the University’s MOOC Center. Previously, as COO of the EdTech startup Lyfta, she led the launch Finland’s first circular economy learning program, reaching over 1,000 teachers in just three semesters. Across roles, she has built sustainable revenue models, structured co-development projects between universities and companies, and turned underperforming setups into scalable operations.
