As product owner of the digital learning environment (DLE) of Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, Wanda Fracheboud is responsible for managing educational digitalization needs and solutions. Since 2023 she is part of the "core team Programmatic Assessment" that is responsible for the educational adoption of programmatic assessment, supported by ePortfolios. Wandas professional roles have almost always been in (higher) education, and often on the intersection of education and IT, amongst which are e-consultant for teachers, and business analyst for a DevOps team.
