Vinit leads the energy function for Equinix across Asia Pacific and is responsible for delivery of Equinix’s energy sustainability program including renewable energy and carbon, energy procurement and risk management. Prior to joining Equinix in 2021, Vinit held similar roles across the public sector, mining and manufacturing. Vinit has decade of experience working across various markets in APAC and has previously worked with state owned energy providers in Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and China. Vinit holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
