Dr. Domes is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan, and has focused his career on medical education, leadership, and male reproductive and sexual health. He is the inaugural Academic Director of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies Program at the University of Saskatchewan. He completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees at the University of Saskatchewan, Master of Business Administration at the University of Regina, medical degree at the University of Alberta, urology residency at Western University, and his male reproductive medicine and surgery fellowship at the University of Toronto. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed manuscripts in urology and medical education. His passion is improving systems through transformative change in both medical education and healthcare.
