l’m a Black runner who has been sober since January 11th, 2017. I share my story to inspire. My vulnerability about alcoholism, sobriety, running, fatherhood, and experiences in traditionally White spaces stands to empower change in the lives of people and brands everywhere. I aim to create and uncover pathways for BIPOC folks through community initiatives and collaborations with brands to promote equal representation and visibility.
