Teanna is currently the Sustainable Solutions Director at JLL, where she specializes in tailoring sustainability strategies for clients' real estate portfolios. Her expertise includes carbon footprint assessments, sustainability data management and developing actionable pathways towards net-zero buildings. Previously, Teanna built her experience at a Big 4 firm across Singapore and Australia, focusing on carbon accounting, developing decarbonization strategies, climate risk assessments, sustainability assurance and sustainability reporting for industry and government clients. Her public sector background includes supporting Singapore's carbon tax policy development at the National Environment Agency, where she was awarded the Minister's Special Commendation Award for her contributions. Teanna holds a Bachelor of Environment from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Sustainability from Singapore Management University. She enjoys connecting over a cup of tea to exchange ideas and support early career professionals in their sustainability journey.
