Amy Marks, is the Executive Vice President of Global Strategy for Symetri, a global provider of digital BIM, product design and lifecycle solutions. With more than 20 years as a leader and change agent in the AECO and manufacturing industry, Marks, also known as the “Queen of Prefab”, is a pioneer among her colleagues and a highly regarded, sought-after industry speaker, thought leader and has over 9 million views for her Queen of Prefab series on YouTube. With a focus on strategic business outcomes including digital transformation, industrialized construction, and sustainability, Amy channels her passion for change to inspire customers toward a vision of what’s possible not only today but in the future and motivates internal teams to keep pushing the envelope for transformative results. A graduate of UF and an alumna of Harvard Business School, Amy is mom to her daughter Mackenzie, and an avid sports fan having played competitive rugby for almost 15 years.

Eng Yew is the Director of Bureau Veritas Regional Institute for Sustainability and Energy Transition (BV RISE) and has been with BV for more than 3 years. He developed solutions in testing, inspection and certification for clients’ journey towards Net Zero with projects in ASEAN as well as China, Australia and Korea. He is well versed with global standards and frameworks such as ISO, GHG Protocol, Verra, Gold Standard, GRI, TCFD, SBTi, ISAE, Green Bonds Principles, and GSTC. Eng Yew was Deputy Head at Singapore Prime Minister Office - National Research Foundation, overseeing national Energy R&D funding and Sustainability program coordination. He is an alumnus of Stanford University, USA with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering. Eng Yew has 15 years of experience spanning across the finance, transport and energy transition industries. Having been in both the government and private sectors, He is able to tap into his experience to advise on the role of ESG in many matters, ranging from how sustainable businesses attract high quality investors to how capital flows into carbon markets and green projects.

Mr David Tan is the Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Development Group) of JTC, Singapore’s lead government agency responsible for the planning and development of industrial infrastructure. He oversees the land planning and redevelopment, architecture, procurement and contract management, as well as the development of JTC’s next generation estates like one-north, Jurong Innovation District, Punggol Digital District and Woodlands North Coast. Mr Tan graduated with a BEng in Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Adelaide and a MSc in Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2005 and Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2014.

Kheng Hwa heads the Sustainability Team at C&W Services, spearheading initiatives in Sustainability and Smart Facilities Management (FM) technologies and solutions. These efforts are instrumental in advancing digital transformation towards improved energy efficiency, occupant health and comfort, and enhancing the overall value of assets. With an extensive background and over 25 years of experience in the Building Technologies industry, Kheng Hwa has adeptly navigated through a variety of roles, encompassing countries like Singapore and China, as well as the broader regional context of the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. His outstanding track record includes a portfolio of successful project executions, spanning both domestic and regional landscapes.

Dr Jagannathan is well known in the industry as an expert on Sustainability and Climate Action and has more than 25 years of professional experience with a specific focus on developing Policies and frameworks for the built environment. As Senior General Manager, Sustainability at Sobha Realty, he is entrusted with the task of driving Sustainability and emission reduction strategies across the business value chain, embedding ESG principles across the group, and articulating them through climate reporting such as ESG, GHG and TCFD reports. He steered the development of Sobha’s climate road map and is currently driving the net zero transition for the group across all emission scopes. He was an active member of the built environment group set up by the UAE high level champions for developing the sustainability blueprint for built environment, which was published alongside COP28 in Dubai. In his earlier role as Sustainability Head at Trakhees a Regulatory authority in Dubai, he has designed, developed, and administered major policy tools surrounding energy efficiency, green building code and certification and was instrumental in establishing a robust infrastructure for their implementation. He was an active working group member in Emirate’s strategic programs including 2040 Master plan, Demand side management programs and Dubai Code unification. He is a part of Experts Working Group of GRESB Netherlands, an independent organization providing validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks for investors and managers. He has participated as speaker in numerous events including COP 28, Vertical cities conference Singapore, and Cities Climate Action Summit UK. He believes the global race towards net zero poses the greatest opportunity for introspection, and innovation, which should not be missed.

Say Leng has more than 24 years of experience in ICT management and development. Say Leng started his career with PSA, where he is responsible for the development, support and maintenance of PSA’s mission critical operations systems. In 2015, he founded S3 Innovate Pte Ltd, an award winning IOT system developer. S3 Innovate was later acquired by Surbana Jurong to advance Surbana Jurong’s digital initiatives in the Facilities Management and Security sectors.

Jocelyn is the Regional Commercial Director for CarbonCure’s Asia Pacific business. She is driving international market development for the carbon utilization company by strategically growing CarbonCure’s global network of field leading concrete producer partners who are on a mission to decarbonize the built environment. Jocelyn is currently leading these decarbonization efforts across 11 markets in the region, enabling concrete producers to adopt CO2 mineralized concrete, while also working with developers, designers and project owners to source CarbonCure concrete. In her role, she also supports development of the CO2 supply chain and facilitates regulatory change to accelerate the growing momentum behind sustainable construction and green building materials. Jocelyn joined CarbonCure in 2021 after spending more than 5 years in the energy sector. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Science and Business, with a specialization in Environmental Science.

Sylvia has over 20 years of experience in the built environment sector across the Asia Pacific region, with expertise in consulting, asset management, sustainability and smart buildings. Prior to joining KONE, Sylvia held various portfolios with CapitaLand, a Singapore based property developer, leading its “Office of the Future” strategy, developing and operationalizing its smart building/ estate vision, as well as leading CapitaLand’s first ever global sustainability innovation challenge. Sylvia was also a co-author of CapitaLand’s 2030 Sustainability Masterplan launched in 2021. Before CapitaLand, Sylvia was the Managing Director of JLL’s Asia Pacific Consulting business, assisting clients with asset and workplace strategies and was a pioneer in using data analytics and IoT technologies in client solutions. Other companies that Sylvia has worked with include General Electric, EY and Shell. Sylvia is deeply passionate about data, technology and sustainability, and believes that they are the key driving forces behind the evolution of the built environment sector.

Manuel Ong holds a Master's Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University. He has worked in both multinational and SME companies over the past 20 years. Manuel was appointed General Manager for Danfoss Singapore in 2020 and has been working with public and private organizations to support Singapore’s sustainability ambitions. His focus is to accelerate decarbonization through energy efficiency and energy recovery with Danfoss solutions for buildings, food and electrification. Manuel was appointed Head of SEA-South (Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines) in 2023 to drive synergies and growth across the 3 countries.

Lighting professional with 22 years of experience in lighting industry. Qualified Electrical Engineer with a strong passion for lighting and have developed a good techno commercial knowledge of lighting applications. Member of Singapore Standards working group for lighting TC34. Currently leading a team of lighting application specialist in Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting). Mentor and coach for managers within Signify Asean specification community. Speaker in technical forums of Singapore Institute of Architects and institute of engineers.

Shawn Tan is the Senior Manager for Regional Sales in Asia at Distech Controls, a global leader in smart building solutions. With over 20 years of industry experience, Shawn has worked in various capacities including project execution, technical sales, and business development. He plays a key role in expanding Distech’s presence across Asia by building strong partnerships and driving adoption of open, intelligent building technologies. Shawn’s deep industry knowledge and customer-centric approach make him a trusted advisor in delivering sustainable, efficient, and future-ready solutions across diverse verticals and markets.

Michelle is a director of Kiso-Jiban Singapore. She has over 23 years’ experience in Geotechnical engineering for design of deep excavation, foundation, tunnelling and reclamation. She has been involved in major infrastructure projects in Singapore such as the Circle Line, Downtown Line and Thomson East Coast Line MRT as well as Tuas Mega Port and Pulau Tekong reclamation work. She is currently the Qualified Person in Geotechnical for two Cross Island Line Contracts and Changi Terminal 5B Substructure.

With over 21 years of experience in the global energy industry, Dr. Ayako Kameda is Senior Officer of Obayashi and Deputy Director of Green Energy Division. Ayako is also a Board Member of US Japan Council. Her passion is to help catalyze the change needed for sustainability through her global and commercial mindset and connections. She grew up in Japan, South Africa, Singapore, and US. Ayako has a PhD from Stanford University in Geophysics.

Heru has vast experience in the areas of research and development, intellectual property (IP) management and technology transfer initiatives to bring about implementation of innovative solutions for greater sustainability in Singapore’s public housing. He is currently the Director of Smart and Sustainability Research, overseeing the identification of new technologies, conducting research through collaborative alliances and test-bedding in HDB living labs. He is also driving the strategic deployment of smart urban solutions to help stretch HDB’s Sustainable Development (SD) ambitions via large-scale deployment in new HDB developments as well as in existing HDB towns through the HDB Green Town programme in support of the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
