Stuart is the Director of the Cyber Regulatory and Emerging Technologies Directorate at Ofgem. He is responsible for accelerating risk transformation and control improvement for cyber and technology resilience and driving ethically and sustainable use of Artificial Intelligence within the Energy Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sector. He started his career as a software developer, and has led global digital teams; designing, building and delivering new innovative technology platforms. Stuart was previously the Microsoft Chief Information Security Advisor and an Accenture Partner.
