I Graduated in Psychology in 2000. Actually I lead the Digital Learning and Collaboration area in Fondazione Politecnico di Milano. Before (2001) I have worked in Vocational Training projects and in 2004 I was involved for the 1st time in a research project focused on e-learning. Then I worked in Polimi-Metid approaching innovation of didactics and e-collaboration methodologies. In the last 3 years with my team we are focusing on applied-games, business games, transition university-work new skills, MOOCs, support to cooperation, Hospital and Home Education. I always loved learning. Or rather, experiencing. I liked books but they needed to be experienced: a lot of effort... And then I discovered that there were many ways to teach and learn. And that this world does not stop, vibrant and lively. I was and am curious to discover these methods. I like to explore how far you can push. I never married only one Idea, perhaps for this reason I have more questions to ask than answers to give.
