Stefan Mathews is a Technical Manager for the Department of Education and Youth Planning and Building Unit in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Stefan`s role involves with the strategic coordination and management of Professional and Technical services to support the delivery of the department’s Capital Building Programme. His team have a particular focus to ensure school buildings are designed and delivered as part the multiple delivery streams which form part of the department’s ongoing commitment to the delivery of works to existing buildings and new building projects. The department’s Capital Programme of delivery is in response to the National Development Plan 2021 – 2030 which adds Capacity/Modernising Accommodation throughout the school system.
