Sha’s interests span cloud production workflows, IP talkback systems, and automated deployment of live media networks. Alongside her technical work, she is a committed BBC WiSTEM volunteer, leading international partnerships and helping inspire young women in technology through the BBC’s engagement with International Girls in ICT Day. She’s particularly passionate about opening doors for the next generation of engineers and building collaborative, future ready media technology.</p>
