Supervising Dialogue Editor
<p>Louise Burton is an Emmy Award-winning Sound and Music Editor with over 8 years of experience in the film industry.</p> <p>Having studied Sound Design at the NFTS from 2016 to 2018, she landed her first job in the industry as the Sound Assistant on the Academy Award-winning film Bohemian Rhapsody. Since then, she has worked her way up through the sound editorial ranks, contributing to films such as <i>Saltburn</i>, <i>Moonage Daydream</i>, and <i>The </i><i>Quiet Girl.</i> More recently, she has stepped up to Supervising Dialogue and ADR Editor, working on the highly acclaimed film <i>Kneecap</i>, for which she was nominated for a BIFA. In addition to her work in film, Louise has also worked on several HETV shows as a Supervising Dialogue and ADR Editor, using creative techniques within the dialogue to aid the storytelling.</p> <p>Her work on Janicza Bravo’s <i>The Listeners</i> is a prime example of this. Other notable projects include <i>The Devil’s Hour</i>,<i> Douglas Is Cancelled</i>, and <i>Line of Duty. </i>Louise has had an excellent start to her career in what can be a challenging and male-dominated field. She is passionate about increasing diversity within the industry, doing outreach in schools and colleges, and returning to the NFTS as a visiting tutor.</p> <p>Her recent projects include the latest installment of the rom-com <i>Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy </i>and Emerald Fennell's much anticipated <i>Wuthering Heights</i> starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi.</p>

<p>Ulla Streib is Director of Operations at Tin Roof Media, the group which owns leading UK factual producers Blink Films and Outline Productions. Working alongside the co-Founders, Ulla is responsible for legal, commercial, business affairs and production management for the company’s content delivered to broadcasters and streamers worldwide—including Netflix, ABC, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Max, Prime Video, National Geographic, History, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5—and for theatrical release. Ulla also specialises in leveraging financing from multiple international partners to co-produce landmark documentaries and event programming for audiences worldwide, alongside leading on the Group’s distribution activity for both formats and finished programming.</p> <p>Before joining Tin Roof Media in May 2019, Ulla held a number of business-transformational roles at leading UK indies producing critically acclaimed, high-profile content for broadcasters and SVOD platforms in the UK and internationally, such as Talesmith, Caravan Media, Two Cities Television and Lightbox.</p> <p>Prior to working as a consultant, Ulla was a key member of Darlow Smithson Production’s Senior Management team for 16 years, responsible for, among other blockbuster projects, the BAFTA winning <i>Touching the Void</i>, the EMMY nominated <i>Into the Universe</i> with Stephen Hawking, <i>Thriller in Manila </i>and the BAFTA nominated <i>King in the Car Park</i>.</p>

<p>Cam Whitnall is a wildlife presenter, photographer and Managing Director of The Big Cat Sanctuary, one of the UK’s leading conservation centres. He also stars in CBBC’s '<i>One Zoo Three</i>' and '<i>OZT Goes Wild in Britain</i>', alongside his brothers, bringing zoo life and British wildlife to screens in a fresh, educational, and engaging way.</p> <p>Living and working at his family’s sanctuary and zoo, The Big Cat Sanctuary and Hertfordshire Zoo, Cam uses his platform to inspire the next generation about conservation. Across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, he’s built a passionate audience of over 2 million, sharing behind-the-scenes access, wildlife content, photography and his conservation work around the world.</p> <p>Cam has spearheaded two rescue missions to Ukraine, saving five lions, a lynx, and a tiger from an active war zone. His first book, '<i>Lion Heart</i>', publishing in May 2026, tells the story of his extraordinary life and rescue efforts.</p> <p>Cam is an Ambassador for Nature’s SAFE, SANCCOB, and Bear Grylls, and a Patron of Helping Rhinos, collaborating with global partners to protect endangered species. His mission is simple: to inspire, educate, and make a lasting difference for wildlife and the planet.</p>

<p>Katherine Nash is the Head of Studios at The Bottle Yard, leading on all commercial operations at the award-winning studio facility that offers 11 stages over two sites (TBY1 and TBY2).</p> <p>Starting out in the field of locations for High End TV drama production across the South West, Katherine moved into studio operations in 2011 as the Bottle Yard’s first Studio Coordinator. Ascending through the ranks, Katherine was appointed Head of Studios in 2025, bringing 15 years’ specialist knowledge and insight to the role.</p> <p>As Business Operations Manager (2020-2025), Katherine played an integral role in the design and delivery of The Bottle Yard’s £12m TBY2 facility which opened in 2022, adding three soundstages to the Studio’s overall portfolio. This expansion significantly elevated Bristol’s profile in the UK film/TV industry, cementing its position as one of seven key UK production hubs.</p> <p>As Sustainability Lead, Katherine established The Bottle Yard’s Sustainability Strategy which has led to global industry recognition for the Studios - not least due to TBY2’s 1MW community-owned rooftop solar array, which won the 2023 Global Production Award for Best Sustainability Initiative at Cannes Film Festival. In 2025, TBY2 was the highest performing studio in BAFTA albert/Arup’s global Studio Sustainability Standard, achieving ‘Outstanding’ alongside TBY1’s ‘Excellent’ rating.</p> <p>The Bottle Yard Studios were shortlisted for Studio of the Year at the 2025 Global Production Awards in Cannes. The Studios are also a core delivery partner for the BFI-funded regional skills package All Set West, nominated for Best Industry Skills Initiative by the 2025 Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards.</p>

<p>Tracy McCreary is Managing Director and Partner of BlueBolt, an award-winning, independent visual effects studio based in London with credits including Robert Egger’s <i>Nosferatu</i>; Ridley Scott’s <i>Napoleon</i> and Steven Knight’s <i>A Thousand Blows</i>. Tracy is responsible for leading the studio’s growth, scope of work and its close-knit team.</p> <p>Tracy joined BlueBolt in 2015 following a successful US based career working on the production team of major Hollywood feature films including <i>Iron Man 2</i>; <i>Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull</i>, and <i>Cowboys & Aliens</i>. <p>Ed Calverley is a broadcast engineer, consultant and trainer. Starting his career with the BBC in 1999, as a project manager, and later as a lecturer at the BBC Engineering Training Department (Wood Norton). While at OmniBus (later acquired by Miranda, now GV) he was involved in large automation, newsroom, and MAM installations and became product manager for iTX software-based solution for linear TV Playout. Holding roles at OASYS and Suitcase TV he continued to innovate and grew his experience of software engineering and IP technologies in media.</p> <p>Founding Q3 Media in 2018, his consulting experience includes Cloud Playout platforms, product development, AI/ML processing, video system design/installation and general broadcast engineering including working on systems operating using SMPTE 2110.
