Senthil Narayanamurthy is based at the Dow Coatings Materials site in Chennai, since 2021 supporting EMEAI sites. Senthil joined Dow in 2007 and since then has taken on various roles such as Production Engineer, Improvement Engineer/Project Manager, Operations Leader and Production Leader before assuming his current role. Prior to joining Dow, Senthil worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various companies. His areas of Interest are sustainability, process safety, people development, and inclusion & diversity and have delivered value creating projects in sustainability. His hobbies are playing cricket as well as teaching it to his daughter and son, understanding different cultures, and listening to music, especially that of Ilayaraja.
