Srinivas Cherla is an alumni of IIMA and has hands-on experience in technology solutions development and implementation in the Industrial Energy Transition, Energy Management and Decarbonization Sector. He has published several white papers and reports on applications of Energy 4.0 technologies such as AI, Blockchain etc. in the energy sector, and has also worked on developing go to market strategies for multiple E-mobility players like Renault Nissan and CESL. He has also contributed to Blockchain Use Cases in the energy sector use cases for ISO working group ISO/TC 307. He has worked in the US and India in technical, managerial and leadership roles, and is currently the Director of Sustainability at (RICH) Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad. His current interests include Industrial Decarbonization, Green Hydrogen, Application of Blockchain in Energy, Greening of MSMEs, E-mobility and Waste to Energy.

Sridhar Surat is a seasoned pharma operations leader with extensive experience across production, operational excellence, technical services, new product development, and outsourcing. With a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, he has held leadership roles at reputed organizations including Godrej Soaps, Lupin Labs, and Aurobindo Pharma. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Apitoria Pharma, Sridhar plays a key role in driving innovation, efficiency, and scale in pharmaceutical operations.

Dr Bubathi Muruganantham is working as an Application Engineering Manager in Honeywell Industrial Automation, India where he leads efforts in predictive maintenance and supports the global business development activities for the IIOT portfolio. Overall, he has 17 years of R&D experience and has worked previous with GE Global Research, Eaton Research Labs. He has received the B.E degree (Electrical Engineering) from Anna University India and Ph.D in the field of Bearing Condition Monitoring from Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research under Homi Bhabha National Institute, India. His expertise includes signal processing and machine learning methods for condition monitoring in electrical, hydraulics and aerospace domain with 3 Patent provisional applications, 1 Trade secrets, 4 Journal papers and 11 invited talks in India and globally.

Kirankumar Vyas is a senior leader at Schneider Electric with over 30 years of experience in process industrial automation, specializing in functional and cyber safety, turbomachinery, modernization, digital services, and operational efficiency. As Head of Business Development for Process Automation (India Hub), he leads consulting practices spanning basic to advanced automation solutions, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and digital transformation. He holds advanced certifications from Harvard Business School, the University of Virginia, and the Boston Consulting Group, along with specialized credentials in industrial cybersecurity (ICS-CERT, US) and AI-led business transformation (ISB). A B.E. in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Pune, Mr. Vyas is also a Microsoft Certified Professional with a diploma in Internet Engineering. He is an active member of global forums including the World Economic Forum (WEF), SASB–IFRS, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), ISA (CISO-APAC), GARP, and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Sushil Kumar Singh is a seasoned procurement leader with over 22 years of global experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and India (META_IN) at Novartis, he drives commercial category excellence across diverse markets. Sushil has successfully delivered multimillion-dollar savings, led digital procurement initiatives using AI, RPA, and SAP Ariba, and negotiated high-value contracts exceeding $100M. With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, governance, and ESG-aligned sourcing, he has consistently positioned procurement as a strategic business partner. His leadership spans across global teams, capability development, and operational optimization, making him a key enabler of business growth, agility, and innovation in complex, fast-paced environments.

Dr. Pramod Pandey is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in EHS and sustainability program development, currently serving as the Global Health & Safety Engineering Leader (Corporate) at Philips. He has played a pivotal role in infusing a global perspective into his work and is known for his strategic, results-driven approach. Dr. Pandey is deeply passionate about promoting health, safety, and environmental strategies, fostering an enterprise-wide culture of EHS, Sustainability, and ESG. His expertise lies in crafting tailored EHS strategies that engage key stakeholders in solving complex challenges. Furthermore, he holds certifications as a risk professional and Lead Auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, and ISO 9001, with a stellar track record of conducting over 500 man-days of audits internationally in diverse sectors. Karan is a Programme Lead at The Council in the Industrial Sustainability Team. He studies decarbonisation pathways that find applications in hard-to-abate sectors of the economy. His primary areas of interest are clean hydrogen technologies and technological carbon capture and storage. Before joining The Council, Karan worked as a management consultant with Kearney, India. There he advised clients on market-entry strategy, due-diligence, large-scale cost transformation, consumer-maturity assessment projects across industries such as apparel retail, e-commerce, contract manufacturing, PE, and automobile manufacturing. Karan later worked on public health financing with Clinton Health Access Initiative as part of its team embedded at the National Health Authority. Karan supported the NHA on the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY health assurance scheme with data-driven decision-making for policy development, process improvement initiatives and pilots on special initiatives. Karan is an engineer by education, having graduated from IIT Bombay with a dual degree (BTech + MTech) in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science. In his personal time, he finds joy in reading, playing basketball, long-distance running, listening to Hindustani classical music and ghazals, pursuing 1-day itineraries and adventure sports. Prior to his current role as Co-Founder & CEO of Pollinate Horizons, Jonathan was the Chief Operating Officer for Technology at Worldpay Group plc. Before Worldpay, Jonathan was a Partner at Bain & Company, the global strategic management consultancy. Jonathan was the founding CEO of Tyl by NatWest, building a tier 1 innovative merchant acquiring business from the ground up. With a passion for open banking and data, Jonathan leads Pollinate Group’s innovation engine, Pollinate Horizons, where he is responsible for the Group’s strategic vision and new growth initiatives. Senthil Narayanamurthy is based at the Dow Coatings Materials site in Chennai, since 2021 supporting EMEAI sites. Senthil joined Dow in 2007 and since then has taken on various roles such as Production Engineer, Improvement Engineer/Project Manager, Operations Leader and Production Leader before assuming his current role. Prior to joining Dow, Senthil worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various companies. His areas of Interest are sustainability, process safety, people development, and inclusion & diversity and have delivered value creating projects in sustainability. His hobbies are playing cricket as well as teaching it to his daughter and son, understanding different cultures, and listening to music, especially that of Ilayaraja.
