Sean Graystone has over 49 years in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Construction with emphases in Special Projects; Collaborative and Lean Design and Construction, the Last Planner® System, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Integrated Forms of Agreement (IFOAs); Historic Structures, Conservation and Restoration; Complex projects, process and delivery analysis. He is an Approved Instructor for the Lean Construction Institute and has been a long time certified instructor for the AGC Lean Construction Education Program. Currently a resident of North Carolina, a father, grandfather and great grandfather, he remains passionate about building, improving our industry, and thereby our society by creating safer and more efficient environments within our industry: physically, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, and financially.
