<p>With strong experience in the area of public service reform, Sarah joined the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science in 2021, where she has responsibility for the Skills Policy Unit. Her responsibilities in this role include national construction skills policy.</p> <p>A particular focus within construction skills is workforce supply across the range of opportunities in the sector. Sarah works with partners across industry and education and training providers to advance and evolve the training offering, including through programme expansion, new programme development and career promotion.</p>
