Ryan Camarillo is the Credit Manager at Summit Companies and the architect behind its credit function, having built the department from the ground up with a focus on scalability, accountability, and modern risk strategy. With over 10 years in construction AR/Credit, Ryan operates at the intersection of process, people, and performance, challenging outdated norms and redefining what credit can be inside a growing organization. A highly active voice within NACM North Central, Ryan is a leader in the “Credit Is Cool” movement, working to reshape the industry’s image and attract the next generation of talent while encouraging current leaders to rethink traditional management styles and evolve their culture, communication, and expectations to better align with the priorities of emerging professionals. Known as a next-generation corporate disruptor, he brings a culture-first, leadership-driven mindset to modernizing credit by building strong teams, evolving workflows, and positioning credit as a strategic driver of growth rather than a back-office function. Outside of work, Ryan serves as President of the Somerset Soccer Club and coaches at the U12 level, continuing his passion for leadership and development on the field. When not leading on the pitch or in spreadsheets, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, along with hiking, competitive gaming, and diving into anime.
