Ever since Rik Farenhorst obtained his MSc and PhD degree in software engineering his focus has been on helping enterprises in getting more value out of digital and IT. Throughout his career he has been passionate about creating and leading High Performance Digital Organizations. He has worked for twenty years in IT consulting and sr. leadership positions in various industries. As leadership coach, lecturer and keynote speaker he loves connecting and sharing with thought leaders and subject-matter experts globally. In 2016 he co-founded DASA.
