Rebecca Yang is a scholar of renewable energy, building and construction. She is Professor and Doreen Thomas Fellow at the University of Melbourne, where she leads research on renewable energy transitions in buildings, communities, and urban scales. She is on the board of the APVI and is the Australian expert with IEA PVPS in Building Integrated PV (BIPV). Rebecca will speak on BIPV adoption opportunities and barriers in Australia, assessment frameworks, economic performance, and the role of BIPV in balancing energy demand.
