Before joining Hydro Tasmania as Chief Executive Officer, she was the Country Manager for OX2 Australia, where she led development of renewable energy projects across the nation. As CEO of Pacific Hydro Australia, she played a pivotal role in driving the growth of hydro, solar, and wind power projects. Her leadership extended to her time as Chair of the Clean Energy Council, where she championed the transition to renewable energy across the country.
