Petra Peeters likes to hover above the L&D world to see what's happening. When something interesting happens see focusses and tries to make sense of developments. Last year this resulted in a co-written article called Personalised Learning Unraveled, which aims at developing a language around personalisation. Working as a University Lecturer offers her the opportunity to work with part-time students from a range of organisations which helps to keep a clear view and an open mind.
