United Nations Industrial Development Organization’s National Hydrogen Officer in Brazil, where she leads the organization’s hydrogen agenda in the country. She previously served as Acting Director for Energy Transition at Brazil’s Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), coordinating policies related to hydrogen, offshore wind, and energy transition. She also worked as Advisor to the Executive Secretary of the MME and held regulatory strategy positions at CPFL Energia and Energisa. Patricia was a researcher at the Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies and at the Brazilian Institute of Economics, both affiliated with Fundação Getulio Vargas, and also volunteered with the NGO Revolusolar. She holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance, both from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
