Gudfinnur Sveinsson, CEO of Brineworks, has spent the past decade working on climate solutions - investing in climate tech, founding an environmental NGO, and contributing through research and writing. He holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and conducted climate policy research at the Earth Institute. Now, as CEO of Brineworks, he focuses on advancing the role of DAC in delivering clean CO₂ for both durable carbon removal and sustainable e-fuel production, in the aim to accelerate climate action.

Klaas Jan Schouten is Open Innovation Lead at Teijin Brightlands Innovation Center. He combines a strong academic foundation in electrochemistry with extensive industrial experience to drive technology development at the interface of materials, energy systems and sustainability. In his role, he focuses on open innovation, building strategic partnerships with industry, research institutes and universities, and translating collaborative research into scalable solutions for the hydrogen economy and clean energy transition.

Mr. Toby originally joined FuelCell Energy as Vice President Business Distribution Operations in October 2003, and has been instrumental in establishing the Company’s overseas presence particularly in Asia, where he led the market entry into the South Korea market with POSCO Energy, and in Europe, where he helped to establish FuelCell Energy Solutions. In the mid-2010s Mr. Toby took over responsibility for behind-the-meter sales in the U.S., securing orders for projects with a diverse set of end use customers in California and the Northeast U.S. including hospitals, wastewater treatment facilities, and universities. Prior to joining FCE, Mr. Toby served as VP International and OEM Sales for Capstone Turbine Corp. in California, where he helped with the design of industry-leading low emissions combustion systems and later in a sales role with Capstone’s entry into the Japan market. Mr. Toby is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of California campuses at Irvine and Berkeley respectively.

Erwan is leading the Air Products European Applications & Solutions team that develops the products and processes to meet the needs of new hydrogen customers. Over his 25 years at Air Products, Erwan has occupied various roles across Europe in R&D, plant operations, engineering and product management and now supports shaping commercialization strategies of hydrogen in new areas such as mobility. He is a recognized expert in hydrogen energy applications and technologies and represented Air Products in several international normalization organisations.

Dr Emma Guthrie is the CEO of the Hydrogen Energy Association (HEA). With over 100 members, the HEA is the voice of UK hydrogen sector, dedicated to supporting stakeholders across the entire value chain. The HEA is a leader in advocating for hydrogen to deliver clean growth, energy resilience and net zero. Dr Guthrie is a distinguished leader in the hydrogen sector, with extensive experience in advancing hydrogen technologies and infrastructure. Her career includes 15 years at Air Products where she held a range of positions, including UK Business Development Manager for Hydrogen Energy. In this role she spearheaded the deployment of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and infrastructure, through the coordination of multi-stakeholder demonstration projects. Emma also spent nine years at speciality chemical distributor IMCD Group in a variety of commercial roles.

Holding a master’s degree in thermal energy and power engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and currently serves as director of Product Solution and Operation Department at Shanghai Hydrogen Propulsion Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as 'SHPT')，who is committed to providing comprehensive hydrogen energy solutions for different scenarios and opening a new chapter in the era of hydrogen energy. Since 2012, he has devoted himself to the research, development and application of hydrogen fuel cell technologies at various enterprises. After joining SHPT in 2018, he has been responsible for fuel cell system product development, powertrain integration, and product solution formulation. He has participated in more than 20 fuel cell vehicle development projects, delivering competitive fuel cell product solutions for customers.

Joachim Ladra is Head of Sales, Marketing & Communication at cellcentric GmbH & Co. KG. He has many years of experience in internal consulting in the truck division of the former Daimler AG. He then moved to the company's Business Innovation department, where he assumed project responsibility for the validation of business areas for Daimler fuel cell technology outside of Daimler's core automotive markets. In this role, Joachim Ladra was instrumental in establishing today's cellcentric organization as a joint venture between Daimler Truck AG and AB Volvo. Since 2020, Joachim Ladra has been responsible for the newly created functional areas of sales, after sales, marketing, and communication at cellcentric GmbH & Co. KG since 2020.

Florentin de Loppinot has been with TotalEnergies for 24 years, holding various roles in corporate planning, business development, and strategy across Africa, the Middle East, and France. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TEAL Mobility, a joint venture with Air-Liquide, focused on establishing Europe's leading network of hydrogen refuelling stations for heavy-duty vehicles.
