Noel María Forame

María Noel Forame has more than twenty years of experience in the O&G industry. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata and holds a Specialization in Oil from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires. She started her career in the operations department in Luján de Cuyo Refinery YPF, Argentina. Later on, she worked in different positions in planning, logistics, HR and in the R&D company of YPF (Y-TEC), as a manager of PMO, liaison and capabilities area. Currently she is the head of the Downstream technology department at YPF. Noel is a valued member of the World Refining Association Advisory Board.
