Earned bachelor’s degree from Bandung Institute of Technology and master’s degree from Padjadjaran University, Nicke worked in various leadership roles in PT. Rekayasa Industri (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and PT. PLN (Electricity Utility Company), prior to becoming Director of Human Capital of Pertamina.
