I have been working with Mott MacDonald for 6 years. As a fresh graduate, I joined the company and worked on major infrastructure project as a civil and structural engineer on the North South Corridor – underground expressway project for the first 4 years of my career. In addition to my technical expertise, I possess strong communication and leadership skills that are essential for effective interface and project management. I have successfully led teams of diverse individuals, fostered collaboration and ensured project objectives are met within tight deadlines. My ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically allows me to navigate complex challenges with ease on major projects such as the Thomson East-Coast Line - underground MRT network project and Changi Terminal 5 Airport project. I have now pivoted to my new role as a Senior Project manager and am responsible for internal and external stakeholder management to deliver projects successfully.
