Dr Natalia Timuș (SFHEA) is the Head of Academic Development and researcher at the Centre for Active Pedagogy & LINE Lab, Université Côte d’Azur, France. She co-manages (together with the University of Northampton) the continuous professional development scheme TRANSFORM - C@N DO in the framework of the Global Partnership between the UCA, the University of Northampton and the Higher Education Academy (now Advance HE, UK). Natalia oversees academic development initiatives, trainings and resources, as well as international partnerships that promote the enhancement of teaching and learning (University of Northampton and HEA (UK), Université Laval (Quebec, Canada), Griffith University (Australia)). Her research interests focus on the professionalization of teaching and professional standards and competences (in France and at the European and international levels), as well as the co-creation in teacher learning.
