Milton Rangel is currently Head of Finance and Investor Relations at PetroRio S.A., one of the largest independent Brazilian oil and gas producers, after starting as a financial manager. Prior to this experience and still in the oil and gas sector, Milton worked at OGX Petróleo e Gás as a corporate finance and financial planning manager, actively participating in the company’s restructuring process and debt reorganization with lenders. In the oil and gas services providers segment, Milton worked at OSX Brasil as a project finance and financial planning manager, participating in debt raising deals for production platforms, and also worked at Schahin Petróleo e Gás as structured finance, financial planning and investor relations manager, executing capital raising and debt management activities for drill ships and semi-submersible platforms. Milton also worked in the investment industry as a private equity associate at Brookfield Asset Management, as an equity research analyst at Banco Brascan and started his career as a corporate finance analyst in management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company and Ernst & Young. Milton holds a BS in Economics from Ibmec Business School.
