In his current role at Four Seasons, Lombardi leads the bar operations and beverage vision across Mei Ume, Rotunda Bar & Lounge, and Cooper’s Cut, balancing creative direction with strategic management and team development. His style blends Italian tradition, classic cocktail culture, and contemporary techniques, with signature elements such as refined Negroni interpretations and the use of distinctive Mediterranean ingredients.
