Mike is a Managing Director and member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council.  His management responsibilities include driving innovation to multiple industry groups within Accenture.  Mike has a unique leadership history in transportation as a former Transport Industry Lead and continues to act as an Executive Sponsor of our Transport Industry group.  Mike brings a specialty in transport mobility customer service and payments that extends back over 15 years starting with the early days of PRESTO in Toronto.  In his over 30 years with Accenture, Mike has held multiple roles within Accenture which includes managing the implementation of transformational programs in areas such as customer service, shared services, cost optimization and technology delivery and operations.  Mike lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
