Michael Holtzman received his BS in Restaurant Management from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and now has over 48 years of restaurant industry experience. His focus has been on improving the sales, quality, and profitability of food service operations. Michael is a hands-on operator with experience in all aspects of food service. In particular, he has been consulting for 34 years and worked with more than 950 facilities in North America, Europe, Jamaica, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Michael is President of Holtzman Group Hospitality Experts (HGHE), a company specializing in captive market restaurant locations including Public Golf Courses, High End Daily Fee Courses, Golf Resorts, Private Country Clubs, City Clubs, Yacht Clubs, Ski Resorts, Theme Parks and Casinos. In addition, HGHE has also designed more than 350 commercial kitchens because the flow of the kitchen is critical to the success of a golf operation.
