Dr. Matthias Baume has been researching and teaching on the topic of computer-based learning for more than 15 years. He studied education, psychology and biology and completed a master's degree in multimedia didactics. At the Department of Information Systems at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), he developed online concepts and an online simulation game. Subsequently, he was responsible for the development of the central learning management system at TUM and since fall 2018, Dr. Baume has been responsible for the conception, piloting, implementation and evaluation of online proctored exams at TUM.
