Matthew Eastwood is Head of EV Infrastructure, Consumer Incentives and Fleets in Transport Scotland’s Low Carbon Economy Directorate, where his focus is on public EV charging infrastructure and the decarbonation of cars and light commercial vehicles. He has also held roles developing the car club sector in the UK and providing consultancy to support fleet electrification.
