Experienced in the delivery of complex multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects and programmes on behalf of client organisations and providing advisory services on best practice approach, Matt is Jacobs’ Project Director leading the delivery of the multi-billion dollars Detailed Design and Supervision of Construction for the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (Tuas WRP). Jacobs was appointed by PUB in 2017 to deliver the Tuas WRP project -- a key component of the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS) Phase 2 project. When completed, TWRP will be one of the world’s largest membrane bioreactor facility and more than double the energy recovery compared to conventional plants.
