For 10 years, Martin Bretécher led the FF&E/OS&E procurement team at Dynamo agency. During this time, he managed complex budgets, supplier negotiations, and procurement strategies, ensuring that design intent, operational efficiency, and financial discipline remained aligned on every project. Building on this hands-on experience across dozens of hotels, he then co-created Figurz with his partner Gaëtan Lagarde. Figurz is a digital consultancy and budgeting platform dedicated to FF&E and OS&E for hospitality projects, helping stakeholders quickly model, structure, and track their investments in furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and bringing greater clarity, transparency, and reliability to hotel development and renovation processes.
