She is the Founder and Chair of Women in the Composites Industry and CEO of Marcy Offner Creative Consulting. Prior to her current endeavors, she was Director of Marketing Communications at Composites One, shaping its brand strategy and leading the development of the company's technical program. Marcy has served on multiple ACMA committees, chaired CAMX, and received the prestigious ACMA Chairman's Award in 2022. Passionate about the industry, she values the hardworking, customer-focused, and innovative people who drive it forward. Marcy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism with a Minor in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
