Professor Lynn Oxborrow is Professor in Sustainable Small Business Growth at Nottingham Business School, NTU. She leads NBS projects supporting SMEs and is Programme Director for Help to Grow: Management, contributing to course development across the programme. She has overseen the six-year ERDF-funded “Big House” SME competitiveness project for creative and digital industries and previously directed the Future Factory project, supporting nearly 500 East Midlands SMEs. Lynn leads the Operations and Supply Chain Management subject group and lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Her research focuses on sustainable supply chain management, fashion industry supply chains, and the role of SMEs.
