<p>Regina Frei is Professor of Sustainable and Circular Systems at the University of the Arts London&rsquo;s Institute for Fashion, Textiles and Technology. Her research focuses on sustainable value chains, the Circular Economy, and product returns in multichannel retail. She has secured 24 research grants totalling &pound;9.7M and published over 50 peer-reviewed papers. Previously, she held senior roles at Surrey and Southampton Business Schools, where she led the CIPS- and CILT-accredited MSc in Strategic Operations and Supply Chain Management. Regina founded the interdisciplinary Product Returns Research Group and holds a PhD in Distributed Robotics.</p>

Neil is a 25+ year veteran of the information technology and cybersecurity field. Forging technology environments that support security to protect business is Neil’s passion. Currently Neil is working with Cybereason to enable customers and partners to use industry leading tooling in incident response engagements and ongoing production environments. Prior to joining Cybereason, Neil helped to build a multi-million dollar cybersecurity practice for SageNet Corporation. He is known for challenging the people around him to find more secure ways to accomplish any and all projects he comes into contact with. Neil has extensive project management and hands-on experience in cyber risk management, network security, SIEM and SOC deployment and management, data loss prevention, incident response, electronic discovery, penetration testing and data governance and privacy. He has spent many years securing both the healthcare, big-pharma, and banking industries among others.

<p>Simon Dunlop is a Solutions Architect &amp; Project Delivery Manager, EMEA working out of Lucas Systems UK office. In this role, he works directly with our international customers to identify opportunities to optimize their workflow and better engage their employees, resulting in higher productivity, accuracy and service levels.</p> <p>Building on a foundation of nearly two decades of operational knowledge and experience in 3rd party logistics in the healthcare and retail sectors, Simon skillfully guides the process of working closely with technical application vendors through requirements gathering, solution design, planning and delivery of warehouse optimization projects and enhancements.</p> <p>A consistent and objective technical manager with strong operational background, who has demonstrated the ability to manage several complex projects concurrently, Simon excels in the delivery of warehouse implementation systems including WMS roll out, managing strategic operational initiatives, diverse communications and cultures, team structures and planning objectives.</p>

Alastair has more than 20 years&rsquo; proven experience in selling software solutions across the manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and authentication sectors. His combined commercial and technical background provides him with valuable insight into the challenges facing today&rsquo;s supply chain industry, enabling him to support his customers with a clear understanding of their day-to-day operational pressures. Alastair is an accomplished communicator, capable of presenting effectively at all levels within an organisation.

<p>Tom Lester is the Lead Engineer for Lucas Systems and is ultimately responsible for the successful design, development and implementation of all warehouse optimisation projects globally.</p> <p>Tom is highly skilled in a wide variety of technologies including .NET, C# and SQLSever and excels at applying them to produce highly scalable performance-driven optimization solutions that take warehouse throughput to the next level.</p> <p>Tom&rsquo;s dynamic experience spans more than 13 years designing, implementing, testing, and supporting Warehouse Management, Task Execution, and process improvement software for some of the largest supply chain operations and logistics businesses in the world,. His predominant development technologies include C# .NET (various versions), SQL Server (various versions), HTML5, Bootstrap 3+, Angular JS, Java, Oracle, and more.</p>

<p>Dr Seemal Asif is Cranfield University's Control Lead on an ATI-funded Airbus project and leads the IFRA research group, specialising in industrial robotics, integration, and human-centred automation. With experience across academia and industry, she focuses on robotic path correction, imitation learning, and coordinated swarm communication. As Co-Investigator on multiple EPSRC-funded projects, she contributes to developing frameworks that embed human factors into responsive manufacturing and human-robot collaboration. Her work prioritises solving real-world industrial challenges while ensuring operator safety and well-being. Seemal is also a residency fellow with the AMRC (2023&ndash;2026), reflecting her recognised expertise in the field.</p>

Experienced lead robotics engineer (5+ years) specializing in dexterity and locomotion algorithms for dynamic applications. With an MSc in Robotics from the University of the West of England Bristol, UK and a B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India complemented by a semester of collaborative research at Tokai University in Japan, I bring a rigorous interdisciplinary skill set, hands-on innovation experience, and a proven track record of thriving in diverse international research settings. Over the past 8 years, I have worked in different areas of robotics, including human-robot interaction, aerial, marine and bio-inspired robotics.
