Dr. Lutz Marten is with working in IBM Corporation for 20 plus years. In his actual scope of responsibility in IBM Transformation & Culture he is the squad leader of leadership consultants and facilitators for Europe & MEA regions. His focus is on Leadership & Management Development starting at the aspiring manager population and reaching up to the senior executive level in IBM. Before Lutz joined IBM Corporate Learning, for about 10 years he was a consultant and manager with IBM Global Business Services, in different areas of expertise and in different industries. Lutz studied Computer Sciences and at RWTH Aachen and received his doctoral degree while working with Fraunhofer Gesellschaft in Aachen. He is senior member of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) and GI (Gesellschaft für Informatik).
