Julio Camelo Venis is a Lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in environmental, agricultural and regulatory matters. At Mexico’s Agency for Safety, Energy, and Environment (ASEA), he is the Head of ASEA’s Normativity Unit. He studied law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and received his Master’s in Urban Management and Development at IHS, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
